SAIFE data at rest solution provides a low power chip in MicroSD form factor that can integrate with IOT devices for complete encryption of sensitive data. The ultra-low voltage and high performance MicroSD chip is capable of vision and sensory processing for mobile and IOT devices like cameras, healthcare products, wearable devices like watches, VR and so on. The chip is powered with 6 GB of encrypted storage and computing power of 22 GOPS turns any IOT device into smart cyber security device. Integration of the chip seals the endpoints/IOT devices mainly from DDOS, ThingBOT and Man-in-the-Middle attacks. For instance, government organizations might use digital camera for forensic purpose and will need to ensure that captured image is safe and unaltered. Images are highly encrypted so that only applications using authorized agent with appropriate keys can access data.
SAIFE solution (Microcloud X4 along with SAIFE SDK) works on the policy of First Authenticate and then connect. Unauthorized users are denied access. Once the rightful user gets successfully authenticated, data exchanged between Initiating host (IH) and Accepting host (AH) is then 256 bit encrypted. Micro-perimeterization creates a secure tunnel to transmit the encrypted data on DPO (Dynamic Overlay Network). Hacker cannot even sniff the parties involved in the communication leave alone the content of the communication.
